Developed a cohesive sales tool strategy for 100+ bicycle models across multiple retail locations with diverse customer demographics. Leveraging insights from leading the sales floor, I created a signage program focused on inspiration over technical specs—sparking customer conversations based on needs, not components. Crafted 110+ unique mini-narratives integrated into existing signage.

Alite Designs Retail Signage

With the goal of making outside simple, Alite Designs pioneered the compact, folding camp chair. Sold in pouches with small hang tags tucked away, they were easy to miss. Compiling customer and reseller feedback informed the need for unique product signage. Compelling imagery paired with simple, informative graphic design and configurable display options created product visibility as well as an easy way to start conversations with customers.
